My first real harvest:
The flowers are blooming, the east side is burgeoning,
the pepperoncini was spicy(!), and my elderberry is fighting its way back from the precipice. It helps that it is unusually cool in New York (70 degrees for days). Eventually, I will have to make a decision, love it and keep it, or set it free.*
*I set it free on Sunday. Hopefully, it will have a long and healthy life in the cool, hilly greenery of NJ.
